What
is Easy Bill and how does it work?
Easy Bill is a Hero Group Company and has been created to provide
convenience to consumers. There will be an Easy Bill network comprising
retail outlets located in your neighborhood itself. The system
is backed by the-state- of- the- art technology back-end. The
retailer will be simply operating a terminal and a scanner in
the process. The consumer brings the bills which are then scanned
by the retailer and data entered into the terminal. The consumer
pays the bill amount and a receipt is generated which is given
to the consumer. The money and the data is then transferred to
the specific utility company for updating their records.
How
do I benefit with Easy Bill?
Easy Bill has its authorized outlets in your neighborhood. You
get the following benefits by utilizing the Easy Bill services.
The ambience at your neighborhood outlet is far more convenient
and relaxed than a conventional counter. Even women can pay the
bills now. The operations are robust and well tested and you get
complete peace of mind. You get receipt for all your bill payments.
How
secure is the service?
The Easy Bill service is as secure as a credit card system. The
money and the data flows in a seamless manner to the utility service
providers supported by the-state-of-the-art technology. The security
and reliability of the service can also be judged from the fact
that the utility service providers who are national level companies
and a few of them are MNCs as well are collaborating with Easy
Bill to serve the consumers. Corporation Bank, a respectable national
level bank is providing banking services for our operations. Above

Where
can I pay my bills?
You can pay your bills at any of the Easy Bill retailer outlet.
You will be issued a receipt by retailer. To know about retailer's

Which
bills can I pay through this service?
You can pay Airtel, Hutch, Hutch and NDPL bills at any of our
counters. Airtel and Touchtel bills can be paid in cash only,
NDPL bills can be paid in cheque only and Hutch bills can be paid
in cash and cheque both.
Do
I have to pay any service charges for my bill payments?
There is either a nominal or no service charge from the consumers.
From Airtel, Hutch and Touchtel customers there are no service
charges. For NDPL customers there is nominal service charge.
