What is Easy Bill and how does it work?
Easy Bill is a Hero Group Company and has been created to provide convenience to consumers in utility bill payments. The system is backed by the-state- of- the- art technology back-end. The front end system at the outlet where the consumer is coming is fairly simple and easy to use. The retailer will be simply operating a terminal and a scanner in the process. The retailers are trained extensively by Easy Bill trainers for sufficient duration of time. Even after the operations have actually started each retailer has Easy Bill executives assigned to help him carry out the operations. The consumer brings the bills which are then scanned by the retailer and data entered into the terminal. The consumer pays the bill amount and a receipt is generated which is given to the consumer. The money and the data is then transferred to the specific utility company for updating their records.
