New Delhi : The third generation of Munjal family is also making its presence felt in the Rs 7,500 - crore Hero group. the 27-year-old Rahul Munjal, son of Hero Honda Motors founder MD Raman kant Munjal,today stepped in as the CEO of Hero's latest venture called Easy Bill. At a press meet to announce this venture, which expects to make utility bill payments less of a chore, Brijmohan Lall Munjal, the group chairman was himself present. he said the new venture "had immense potential in a country like India." the new venture, which will be formally launched in Delhi in March, aims to place electronic terminals at existing retail outlets in the city, that would enable customers to pay telephone, electricity and other bills at a marginal cost, in their neighbourhood stores. the service will initially be launched in Delhi and later extended to Mumbai, Maharashtra and Punjab.
